Waking Up

Inception | Leonardo DiCaprio | ReelzChannel Spotlight | Movie Trailer

In many similar ways the movie Inception has touched upon things within me as the movie The Matrix did and continues to do.
For a summary of the move Inception, you can read it here.

A premise I have been working on after watching Inception a couple of times is in my opinion something that was done to humanity beginning in the Garden of Eden with Adam and Eve. These scriptures in particular stand out me pointing out as it were a spiritual abortion taking place while hypnotizing this first couple.
Many years after this Paul alluded to (imo) this reality of ‘true-lies’ this couple ingested; speaking to a group of believers, “Who has bewitched (charmed) you, caused you to move away from the truth of Christ being your only true source of life?”

In the move Inception, the extraction and inception that took place was done within the soul more specifically within their mind by inducing them into a dream state of unconsciousness.
What I see happening in our re-birthing was something similar but vastly different in this respect, what the Lord did in joining us to Himself thereby making us one with him freed us from the dream (Matrix) world that we were all plunged into through man, Adam and Eve choosing for us. As in Inception, “What is the most resilient parasite? A bacteria? A virus? An intestinal worm? An idea. Resilient, highly contagious. Once an idea has taken hold of the brain it's almost impossible to eradicate. An idea that is fully formed, fully understood. That sticks, right in there somewhere (pointing to his head). The seed planted in the mind will bring forth an idea that will ultimately totally define the person.

We are encouraged by the spirit of God to be transformed by the renewing of our mind; to be renewed in the spirit of our mind, which is a life time journey and unfolding process.
If there really isn’t a greater reality founded and rooted into the eternal love of God the Father for us and in us by our union, than its merely pissing in the wind for any of us.
This ongoing transformation is going to set into motion seismic shits of unparalleled proportions, and not understanding the source of our assaults which try to keep us from knowing the truth of our secret source of power and freedom in Christ will only perpetuate the illusionary dream world we live in.

I’m including the following thoughts from T.A. Sparks that flow seamlessly with what I am seeing in the heightened awareness of discerning between what is true and what isn’t. I am only including part of it with the rest to follow.

The place of union is "the inner man of the heart," to use the New Testament phrase. Paul was fond of using that phrase: "...our inward man is renewed day by day," "...that He would grant you... that ye may be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inward man" (Eph. 3:16; A.S.V.). What is the inward man? It is our spirit, the innermost place of our being. That is the seat of union. Union is not first of all physical in character. That needs no saying. Union between us and God is not in its genesis of a mental kind, neither is it of an emotional kind. Union between us and the Lord is not in the realm of our soul at all in the first instance. It is in our spirit. It is a thing which is deeper than our soul; that is, deeper than our reason, deeper than the powers of our natural mind either to analyze or understand. It is deeper than our emotions, deeper than our feelings. The fact of union with the Lord, when it is established, abides when all our feelings contradict it, and when all our power of reasoning is completely confounded. When in the realm of the reason and in the realm of the feelings there seems to be greatest evidence that the union does not exist, it remains.

It is an important thing for the Lord's people to get that well settled, that union between us and the Lord has nothing whatever to do with our feelings nor our reasoning. If we sit down at times and allow our reasonings to carry us on, we shall conclude that the union does not exist, because there is so much which argues strongly and positively against any such union. If we allow our feelings, or our lack of feelings, to be the criterion, we shall give it all up and declare the whole thing to be a myth. From time to time feelings are altogether against the fact of union with the Lord. It makes no difference; the union is there if it has been brought about. People who take the position that they must feel it or else they will not believe, are going to have a bad time. The same applies to people who demand that they shall be able to follow this thing through with the completest mental argument.

Devastation and Destruction

During the war, (not sure when they were first used) they dropped depth charges, to sink down to a prescribed depth to either hit directly or as close as possible the enemy ship, submarines to put them out of commission, forcing them to come to the surface where it would be far easier to engage the enemy.

I remember reading once how Jesus in his daily communicating with the twelve disciples would do something very much like what I have described here with the use of depth charges.
He knew that the disciples ability to grasp the spirit behind the words he spoke were at that time hidden from their understanding, but he also knew and relied upon the spirit of truth to bring what he had said to a head in their lives, when the timing was perfect, the right circumstances and situations lined up, much like the depth charge making contact with them and exploding from within their understanding.

If life is found not in a daily ration or an abundance of bread, then it (according to Jesus) must be found in every word that is communicated to me from the mouth of God my Father.
He is the one who said, “I will bring to your remembrance every thing I have said to you”. Isn’t it refreshing to know that I will never forget what He knows I need to be reminded of?

His word/s spoken by the Living Word that he is, is much like time release capsules one would take for a cold or the flu, a capsule of measured medication to be released within a 12 or 24 hour time period. Only in the case of our lives and the reality of what are really true verses what we have believed to be true, this time released action of the word and the spirit lining up in our lives might happen long after that word is spoken.
All I know is, it seems that there must be an inner alignment coming together because I seem to be seeing, hearing with a much greater clarity these days.

I sensed Father speaking these words to me, “You are not a failure, you are not a mistake, an accident, but you are Mine!”
I’m sure I have heard this at least once or more times since He apprehended me in 1972, but like the timing of what needed to come together in my life’s circumstances and situations, I am ready to agree with the truth of those highly explosive and destructive power filled words.
Fear has been for me in so many ways much like being a spiritual quadriplegic, well that is slowly coming to its demise.
The power of His loving assurance for me that is registering from deep within, is coming into contact with that which has so deformed and kept me a cripple.

All I can say is, He that is mighty in Love is restoring to me far more than what the liar, murderer and thief has taken from me.

Fight The Good Fight

“It's better to die fighting for freedom than to live life."

War is hell, someone once said, and the rippling affects are a sobering reminder that where we are, behind enemy lines, is not our home.

In being re-born, our greatest asset is continued revelation from that which is all part of our birth-right, the intuitive growing, and learning of this One who is now our only Life, the Father of our spirit.
None of us in this spirit learning will be exempted from falling and being hurt from within especially. Anyone can fall, but staying there simply because we swear on a stack of bibles we trusted the Lord, will only needlessly prolong our time of nursing and rehearsing how wronged we were when our motives were so pure, according to us.
We are admonished to “fight the good fight”, there are many fights, battles, but this one is not just a fight, but a good fight, why? In wrestling it is no sweat, when one knows the holds, and our Father is the only source of knowing the holds.

Being re-born is meaningless apart from seeing; knowing and continuing to grow in this unfolding eye opening revelation of Him our heavenly Father.
There are so many distractions ever present in discovering the wonder of this world we’ve entered into through the portal of grace. Things that will always present us with a choice are we going to pitch our tent here, or move on no matter how attractive and enticing it would be to stay!
There are so many things and not all of them outwardly obvious to us that by giving into them could easily disqualify us from running the race, staying the course and obtaining the prize.

One of the most subtle aspects of this warfare we are in is being drawn to see something, but in our exuberance we sadly mistake a slice, piece of what is being revealed to us and calling it the ‘whole’ thing.
So many “denominations” are doing just that, they are identified by this one slice they have grabbed a hold of and calling it something which it is not.

I want to include a quote here from Wayne Jacobsen, from his book The Naked Church, which by the way I am enjoying thoroughly.

“I tried to trust God before, but he let me down. This may be the most difficult barrier to cross. Just about everyone has a story of a desperate moment when he cried out to God but was disappointed in the response. Why didn’t God heal my mother? Why was I unemployed for two years even though I prayed every day? I suspect that for every soldier miraculously saved when he cried out to God for help, many more weren’t. Only a fool would put his life in the hand of a friend who has failed him on a previous outing. And for many people, trusting God feels exactly like that. But we cannot learn to trust God by our interpretations of past experiences. More often than not we were looking out for our interests, and not God’s; thus we misinterpret or misunderstand his actions toward us. There are many reasons why God may not have dealt with a specific situation as we thought he should, but the Bible makes it clear that he never responds to us with less than absolute love and faithfulness. That’s his nature, and he can never be untrue to it. Learning dependence doesn’t begin in our experience, but in His character.”

In writing this I am seeing afresh that at the heart of our battle, the covert, subtle erosion of perpetual lies aimed at our hearts is essentially this,; God whom you call your Father is untrustworthy.

That’s why I am emphatically stuck in being established in the love of the Father; “Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.”

“My response is to get down on my knees before the Father, this magnificent Father who parcels out all heaven and earth. I ask him to strengthen you by his Spirit—not a brute strength but a glorious inner strength—that Christ will live in you as you open the door and invite him in. And I ask him that with both feet planted firmly on love, you'll be able to take in with all followers of Jesus the extravagant dimensions of Christ's love. Reach out and experience the breadth! Test its length! Plumb the depths! Rise to the heights! Live full lives, full in the fullness of God.”

“Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.”
