Entanglements of the Heart

The classic story from Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty, is vividly dancing in my heart’s ponderings tonight.
After the wicked witch had poisoned Sleeping Beauty with the ‘apple’ it was the Prince who risked everything to rescue her, to embrace her, to draw her lifeless body to his own, gently but firmly kissing her to awaken her from her death (entanglement) sleep. Wow!!

That faint and poor graphic depiction points my heart in this new season He is awakening me to, a living illustrated version of that captured in mere film.
He is developing in me only because He IS the “author and developer of my faith" that flows from the Faithful One, who has called me to BE his breath-taking delight, son and friend, treasured of treasures.

I remembered in my early junior grades how there was such an emphasis upon ‘show and tell’ in learning.
Somehow this has gone full circle and that which was used in the natural to educate me, is now being applied in the spiritual learning taking place in my continued journey of discovering a far greater depth of what it MEANS to be loved!

Unbeknownst to us all, deep within our soulish realm are hidden secret faults, sins, “entanglements,” things that so easily beset us.
I love what the spirit of truth has and is conveying to me in this hour through the words penned by our precious brother Paul.

“Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you.
I am emphatic about this. The moment any one of you submits to circumcision or any other rule-keeping system, at that same moment Christ's hard-won gift of freedom is squandered. I repeat my warning: The person who accepts the ways of circumcision trades all the advantages of the free life in Christ for the obligations of the slave life of the law.”

Therefore, let us fear if, while a promise remains of entering His rest, any one of you may seem to have come short of it.
For the one who has entered His rest has himself also rested from his works, as God did from His. Therefore let us be diligent to enter that rest, so that no one will fall, through following the same example of disobedience. For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.

There is a needed righteous rightness (dividing between the soul and the spirit) needed in you and me, and those who have ears to hear the spirit in the words I am using here, this will witness and resonate within you His Yes and Amen!
We are going through circumstances, situations, whatever it takes; it will take what it takes, for it is what it is, to bring us repeatedly to our senses, discovering that we can NOT obtain, produce what is already ours, and yet so very blind to this reality.
It is being strongly suggested to me of the Father that He IS establishing a people of truth and love, who will operate from the same spirit of the Father, making us living demonstrations of what “show and tell” truly is!

In my opinion, for far longer than I have been a follower of Christ, the vast expression within Christendom has been telling, without the showing of Christ!
There has risen within the deceitfulness of our hearts a subtle divorce whereby many have been bewitched, and unknowingly have once again come back into an ever worse bondage-entanglement!

We can NOT show what is not ours (experientially). Sure, we can easily tell of of Him, we can witness to others of who others have said he is, but the meddling Christ comes to you and I and blatantly comes face to face with us and asks; “Who do you say that I AM!”
Jesus our elder brother was the first born of MANY forth coming ones that will clearly depict-show-manifest-reveal in truth and love the hidden Christ and in so doing they will SEE the Father.
It is my understanding that is being awakened to a living, breathing, burning reality that has so much more to do than just "Christ in us" BUT, "us IN Christ", which will make us ‘living bill-boards' drawing whomsoever relationally to us so that we will then be free to tell them who and what the Truth is!

This has turned out to be far longer than I planned, so if further thoughts are to come, I will freely give them as I am receiving them.
Even so, Lord come!

I am leaving several scriptures for you to meditate upon in light of however clearly or not I have put down my simply thoughts of His doings!!
Serve Him with a whole heart and a willing mind; for the LORD searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts If you seek Him, He will let you find Him;

But I, God, search the heart and examine the mind. I get to the heart of the human. I get to the root of things I treat them as they really are, not as they pretend to be."

Investigate my life, O God, find out everything about me; Cross-examine and test me, get a clear picture of what I'm about; See for yourself whether I've done anything wrong— then guide me on the road to eternal life.

Examine me, GOD, from head to foot, order your battery of tests. Make sure I'm fit inside and out.

I'm sorry, but I could not go without sharing this video that impacted me so beautifully. I trust you will see and hear what I heard of His spirit speaking straight to my heart through this person talking about her being freed from her inner entanglements as well..Father is so good to communicate His heart to us!!
